What are your guarantee terms?

We offer a 3 year comprehensive guarantee on all of our chairs 

For peace of mind, our chairs are covered by a 3 year guarantee. tha covers parts and labour from the day we deliver.  Our guarantee includes any defect in workmanship or material providing the product is used for its intended purpose and under the conditions for which it was designed.

When will I receive my delivery ?

Items will be delivered with 48 hours of dispatch using our in-house delivery team or one of our logisitics partners.  Contact us in advance of placing an order if you require an accurate lead time for your chairs.

How do I care for my products?

WIPE CLEAN ANY SPILLAGES WITHIN 15MINUTES
Most stains can be removed by simply wiping clean. Chemicals aren’t normally required if a spillage or stain is attended to on time.

Vaccum and clean with a damp microfibre cloth regularly to prevent build up of dust particles and soiling. Items can be steam cleaned in-situ if required.

If using alcohol and solvent-based cleaners or wipes containing strong cleaning agents, exercise extreme care on application, particularly to faux leather as repeated use on faux leather and vinyl’s can cause them to crack.  Our standard warrenty does not include damage due to repeat application of alcohol and solvent-based cleaners or wipes.

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE CUSHION COVERS TO WASH SEPARATELY

If using a cleaning product, please ensure you patch test on a non-visible section of upholstery to verify suiability.

Under no circumstances should you machine wash, fully immerse, dry clean or use solvent based chemicals or stain removers.

Do not remove the cushion covers and wash separately. This will destroy the waterproof layer within the upholstery.

Poorly fixed clothing dyes, such as denim, will cause permanent staining.

Failure to adhere to our upholstry care information may void the terms of your guarntee.  Contact our team if you need further advice.

Are your furniture & soft furnishings fire retardant ?

All of our upholstery and textiles are fire retardant and wherever applicable is also Crib 5 FR

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by any of the following methods: Via our online stire, over the phone, via email or through website’s contact function. Our advisors will be able to talk through your purchase and offer advice

What are my payment options ?

New customers:

For new customers, the first order is paid by proforma prior to processing. Payment can be made by : credit/debit card via our online store, via a payment link, BACS transfer or cheque. A credit account can then be set up for future orders subject to approval by our finance team.

Returning customers:

For returning customers we offer a 30 day credit account subject to finance team approval.  Please contact is if you would like to set up a credit account and we will send you our credit application form.
